Kräuterstube Schlieber

Our farm is a small family business and exists since 1991. The new herb room exists since June 2004. In Obermillstatt, high above the Millstätter See a 1 ha permaculture - herbs - and vegetable show garden was created. Construction began in January 2006 and is still ongoing.

What is permaculture? Permaculture offers the possibility to transform a piece of earth into a paradise for humans, animals and plants. Little weeding, no digging, no watering, no fertilizing, no fighting. Instead, see natural cycles, understand them, apply them and enjoy the gifts of nature.
