Fresach is a centre of Protestant faith. In the evangelic Diocesan museum, 400 years of the history of Protestantism in Austria is on display. After visiting the new exhibition grounds dedicated to this topic, visitors also have the opportunity to experience nature on a hike along the Crayfish Trail.
For motor sport enthusiasts the village also offers fun park with a motocross and a go-kart track. Kneipp activities and mud wading are possible at the natural moor in Mooswald. Maybe this is also the reason for the success of Franz Klammer, the former World and Olympic ski champion.
