Lake Millstatt is only a few minutes' drive away and is ideal for swimming, boating, stand-up paddling, windsurfing and fishing. The hut is also an ideal starting point for hikes, walks to the viewing platforms and bike tours.

But there is also plenty to experience around the hut in winter! You can go sledging, snowshoeing and ski touring directly from the Mirnock hut. The surrounding ski areas are easy to reach.
