Our apartments with balcony are 35 m2 and 40 m2 in size. They feature a bedroom with a double bed (160-180 cm wide), an open-plan kitchen with a sofa bed (160 cm wide), a TV with Austrian channels, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a 6.5 m2 balcony with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. The kitchenette includes 2 induction hobs, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a microwave, and dishware. The beds are made up upon arrival and towels are provided in the bathroom.

TIP: The "Additional Bedroom with its own Bathroom" is situated between the two apartments and is ideal as an extension for 1 adult or 2 children. It can be booked additionally, subject to availability.

NOTE: This room can be booked as an extra bedroom for 1 adult or 2 children along with the Apartments with Balcony and Lake View, as it is located directly between these apartments. 

The room is situated under the roof and therefore has only a skylight and no view. It is 10 m² in size and features a sofa bed (140 cm wide) and an internet radio. The room’s private, external bathroom with a bathtub and toilet is located across the quiet corridor.

All our double rooms are approximately 15 m² in size and feature a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, Austrian TV, Wi-Fi, and a large balcony or terrace with a stunning view of the lake and mountains.

The standard single room is approximately 12 m² in size and features a 140 cm wide double bed, a shower and toilet, Austrian TV, Wi-Fi, and a large balcony with a stunning view of the lake and mountains.

TIP: Due to the double bed, the room can also be booked for two people, making it an ideal and affordable alternative to the standard double rooms.
