Our freestanding holiday home "Grantsch" in a modern, cozy country house style with a spacious balcony, terrace, and garden in a sunny plateau location offers you an extraordinary panoramic view of Lake Millstatt and the surrounding mountains - pure relaxation in every season.
The property is located in a quiet, secluded area (cul-de-sac) and pampers you with sunshine all day long. A small "Bauernschmaus-Laden" within walking distance supplies you with regional products around the clock. Additional shopping opportunities can be found in the nearby town of Millstatt.
The two-story house was freshly renovated in 2020/21 and is comfortably furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, two large flat-screen TVs, a spacious living-dining area, and two bathrooms with a bathtub and/or shower. In the cooler months, a large tiled stove, in addition to underfloor heating, provides a cozy atmosphere and warmth. The house can also be divided into two living units as needed (upper floor with balcony and ground floor with terrace).
The property is an ideal starting point for a variety of activities by the lake as well as for hikes to the nearby Millstatt huts (Lammersdorfer Hütte, Alexanderhütte, Millstätter Hütte, Granattor, Käserei) and the surrounding mountains. The town of Millstatt with a beach, shops, restaurants, bars, and many other leisure activities can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. Many of the offerings can usually be used free of charge with the Millstätter Seecard (MIC), which is included in the rental price.
Golf enthusiasts can also reach the wonderful "Millstätter See" golf course in just a few minutes by car from the house.
Magnificent mountains in lush autumn colors invite you to hike and enjoy culinary hut visits in the fall.
Do you want to leave your car parked during your holiday? Use the "Nockmobil" with a stop within walking distance (approx. 160 m).

Our sunny holiday home "Grantsch" is suitable for up to 8 people.
During your stay, you will receive the Millstätter See Inclusive Card (MIC) free of charge per person, which allows you to use many attractions and leisure activities around Lake Millstatt for free or at discounted rates.
The price per night is €195.00 (including bed linen and towels), plus the local tourist tax/person and a cleaning fee of €100.00 per stay.
Bringing a pet is only possible upon request and with a separate agreement.

You can find our property using standard navigation systems. In the village of Grantsch, follow the main road towards "Lammerdsorfer Hütte / Granttor". Just before the end of the village, turn left at the wooden sign "Tscherflerhof". After about 100 meters, you will pass a white house on the left at a small fork in the road, and follow this small access road until you reach our courtyard entrance with a wrought iron gate (it looks like a private driveway). Welcome!
Please note the following arrival and departure conditions:
Arrival and departure can only take place on weekends - preferably on Saturdays. The house can be accessed between 4 PM and 6 PM on the arrival day. In general, we will greet you personally to welcome you, show you around the house, and address any questions you may have.
On the arrival day, the house is usually ready for occupancy from 4 PM. Departure should take place no later than 11 AM on the departure day.
The minimum booking period is 5 days/week.
