Kaslab'n Nockberge

In 2015, four farms from Laufenberg, Klammberg, Obermillstätter Berg, and Glanz founded the cooperative Bäuerliche Erzeugnisse Nockberge - the Kaslab'n. Meanwhile, 20 businesses supply their organic hay milk to the Kaslab'n. Every two days, up to 6,000 liters of goat and cow milk are delivered and processed via tank trucks. The cheese range includes around 22 types of cheese, such as Emmental, hay blossom cheese, semi-hard cheese, goat mountain cheese, and goat semi-hard cheese. You can find these, as well as organic beef and organic kid meat, at farmers' markets, in health food stores, in selected retail shops, and of course in the farm shop of the Kaslab'n in Radenthein.
