Our journey to the castle complex, which sits enthroned on a wooded hill above the town of Leibnitz, begins at 08:00.
During a guided tour, we get to know the baroque royal rooms and the largest and oldest wine cellar in Europe.
After the lunch buffet, we head to the 300-year-old episcopal wine cellar, where we are told a story and learn a lot about the wines there while tasting 5 wine samples.
