Schloss-Cafe

Porcia Castle has been home to the Castle Café since 1977. In 2002 it was renovated and taken over by the current tenant Robert Pirker. Locals and guests appreciate the café/restaurant, especially in summer, because of the wonderful terrace with a view of the castle park and the fountain. The Schlosscafe has 130 seats inside and about 140 outside. A lunch menu is offered from Monday to Friday. Homemade pastries and ice-cream specialities, a small menu and coffee specialities complete the offer. In the immediate vicinity of the Schlosscafé is a cyclists' rest area and an e-bike charging station. The tourist office is around the corner and it is about a 10-minute walk to the train station.
