Whether it's a herbal walk, knowledge about the use of medicinal herbs, the healing powers of wild plants, edible landscape, processing into green cosmetics... Mrs Winkler is happy to pass on her knowledge. She is a pharmacist, herbalist, herbal educator and green cosmetics educator.

In summer, weekly herbal walks are organised.
