Our house is quiet in a large garden. You have a magnificent view of the lake and the mountains, as well as on the medieval monastery with the collegiate church. You are 5 minutes walk to the lake and the center but away from the main roads. Shops are also nearby. Our house offers a good starting point for many hikes, as well as an ideal connection to the bike path for cycling enthusiasts. You can of course use the beautiful lawn and our large sun terrace in our house. Each of our six apartments is provided with a parking space by the house. Our house offers the Millstätter See Inclusive Card (MIC), which means free use of the beach around the Millstättersee, free use of various toll roads and individual museums.
All our apartments are south facing with lake and mountain views and have their own balcony or terrace.

Directions
Coming from the motorway A10 exit Seeboden direction Seeboden turn left. Follow the B98 Millstättersee federal road along the lake to Millstatt. After entering Millstatt first turn left, you will see the left hand BILLA supermarket. Follow the street (Spittaler Straße) straight until you reach the junction Alexanderhof. Continue straight on at the fork in the road, do not turn right. After a strong left turn, continue for about 30 meters and then turn right. The sign "Appartementhaus Fian" can be seen at this junction. In front of you is a yellow villa on the right hand side - the Villa Cosano through whose garden you will get directly to our house.
Please vacate your apartment on the day of departure until 10 o'clock.
