We have set ourselves a high goal, with the endeavour to offer in our inn as far as possible exclusively products from the region, or the Genussland Austria.
Our motto 'Senza Convini - without borders' is reflected in our menu, but especially in our dishes of the day, which almost always have a story to tell, but at least reveal the recipe.

Convenience products or other flavour enhancers are completely banned from our kitchen and thus we are able to cater to almost all wishes (possibly due to allergies) of our guests.
This commitment was rewarded with our entry into the regional finals of the Kärtner Genusswirte Österreichs in 2012/2013; 2013/2014; 2014/2015 and 2015/2016.
