Our chef pampers you with high-end 2-header gourmet cuisine.
He combines regional and international products in creative 5-course gourmet menus with a selection option. The gourmet menus have an international touch and Austrian-Mediterranean influence from our Alpe Adria region.
We place great importance on using as many regional, seasonal, and fresh products as possible and enhancing them with herbs from our own herb garden.
