This beautiful holiday home in Döbriach, Seestraße 53, is located in a quiet area by Lake Millstatt and was exclusively used privately by the Lechner family until recently.
The double holiday home is situated in a garden area of approximately 350 m2 with about 120 m2 of living space near the center of Döbriach. On the ground floor, there is the living area, dining area, bar area, and open kitchen. A staircase leads to the upper floor with three separate bedrooms with a balcony, a toilet, a bathroom with a shower, and the hallway. The basement features a cellar lounge, a sauna, and a large shower.
The holiday property is about a seven-minute walk from the town center and approximately 15 minutes from the lake.
Döbriach is located on the eastern shore of Lake Millstatt. Five public beaches with a shallow sandy shore are located along the bay.
During the summer months, the weekly market is a popular meeting place. Climbing gardens, horse pastures, and the "Sagamundo" house enhance the vacation offerings.
Visitors to the Granatium become treasure seekers while hiking in the Garnet Gorge. A visit to the Turkish House Museum and the Mill Path near Kaning should also not be missed.

The price for the use of the holiday home is € 180.00 per day during the peak season.
A deposit of 30% of the total price is due upon booking and should be paid to the account:

The remaining balance is due 30 days before the key or house handover to the deposit account via bank transfer.
For occupancy exceeding 6 persons, an additional charge of € 10.00 per day applies, upon prior consultation.
The minimum rental duration for booking is 7 days, starting on Saturdays.
The provision of bed linens and towels is included in the price.
The final cleaning fee currently amounts to € 130.00 and is payable on-site.
The statutory local tax is currently € 2.70 per person and day and is included in the total price.
